The Neighborhood

Our houses are located a block from each other in a tree lined neighborhood on Hall Street in Athens, Georgia. The neighborhood is quiet and in a low crime area. It is just a few blocks away from the main campus at the University of Georgia. Both houses have been completely remodeled with gorgeous flooring, granite tops in the kitchen and beautiful tile in the bathrooms.

The yards have been maintained in excellent shape and each house has a deck in a lovely backyard suited for grilling and chilling.
